Billy is a self taught art photography hobbyist from Springfield, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. His focus is primarily on quiet moments and uses photography as a lens to give prosaic subjects artistic merit. His images demonstrate awareness, one that extends to viewers as well. He lives and works in Philadelphia.
